- Harassing, threatening, or abusing re999 support staff or other players through any communication channel.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
re999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The player has engaged in any of the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
- The player has failed to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request from re999.
- The player is subject to an active self-exclusion arrangement that was not disclosed at the time of registration.
